1. Data transfer and backup includes:
   • Desktop, documents, pictures, music, videos, and download folders
   • Microsoft Outlook OST/PST file/s upon request
   • Chrome, Firefox &/or Edge bookmarks/passwords upon request
   • List of installed programs, printers, and networks
     • Does not include actual installed programs.
   • Best effort of all or partial backup of data will be attempted, but is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any damage to your computer system that arises because of advice provided by us.
